Low water pressure in taps and in the shower

Clean, but not to the standard of the accommodation. Space, and garden

1) non working lights in the shower room, nor in the toilet. My parents needed to use the phone light to actually use the toilet. 2) Stair carpet is a death trip. Not pined or taped on, my father slid downstairs due to this 3)Water pressure and lack of hot water. With an overflow pipe leak tapping on the lean-to roof. 4)Fridge was not clean. Even a strand of hair was discovered. 5) Oven was a revoltoling state. I wouldn't even consider toast in there. 6) Dust throughout. And crabtree Hood was sticky with grease. 7) Skirting board corners were not fastening on, and my child tripped over and hit his head. 8) Cigarette butts left in ashtray and table in garden never cleaned. 9)Bed in back bedroom, mattress too hard. One pillow. 10) Utensils are unhygienic and rusty. Please review many of these points.

Good size kitchen and good to have somewhere to park off street however it's not the best street in Norwich and was concerned for the safety of my car. However on the plus side, a local supermarket is just a moments walk away.

Lack of furniture, very sparse and didn't feel homely, shower very tiny and having to step into it like it is a foot bath, is just weird. Very cold in the property on arrival as heating hadn't been on but once turned on, it got warm. The place was clean but I am very particular and it could have been cleaner in my opinion. The neighbour said only workmen usually stay and I sensed it wasn't a holiday home by the lack of homeliness

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The heating also worked very well. The location is great with a large market and lots of walking paths nearby. The owners were also very kind throughout our stay.

Location was great for us.

Would have been easier to have a self check in as most air b & b or booking.com.bookings are these days. There was no TV which was a bit annoying.

Property was clean, nice quality kitchen appliances, powerful shower, quiet road with parking space, very pleasant host, garden area

The lounge was very sparse, no baking trays in the kitchen, having a £100 “security deposit” pending on my account even though we had paid in full
