Great location and views, good having spa bath and bbq

We were eaten live by mosquitoes at night even though we had the windows closed at night, there was no fly spray available which made the stay very disappointing and uncomfortable

Location and clean was ok, the studio is very cozy and cute inside with a nice view

Unfortunately, there was no hot water during our stay. Neither the shower nor the spa bath (which was one of the main reasons we booked this place) worked with hot water. We paid almost $300 expecting a relaxing and romantic experience, but we couldn’t even take a proper hot shower after a long day. This was very disappointing, especially since the spa bath was advertised as a highlight of the chalet.

Se hospedar em pelo inverno e não ter sequer água quente? Como assim? Nunca vi disso! Não pude tomar banho no chuveiro porque a água saía praticamente fria. Oferecer hidromassagem mas não ser quente eu também nunca vi disso mas queria pelo menos ter tomado um banho quente.

I never complain about food. But the dinner and breakfast was terrible. I am happy for the manager to call me to talk it over. I would rather tell him than other people.

The restaurant food. Shocking. Great service from the staff though.
