"Exceptional"

Perfect location, can walk or drive easily to anywhere in town. Space for two cars on the drive. Gorgeous house inside, will definitely be coming back.

Location

Staff. The check in time are late 16:00 and when we asked for early check in was declined. Check out is early at 10:00 in the morning, with small kids is not easy to check out so early. We asked 11:00 check out the staff did’t answer

"Great seaside stay"

Location is excellent for Fistral beach, very short walk to the top of the steps. 15-20 minute walk into Newquay town. House was very clean, two lovely bathrooms. Kitchen well equipped with everything we needed, milk in the fridge and cookies on arrival was a lovely touch. Two parking spaces on front drive a massive bonus. Side access and space for sandy boards and beach bits outside is also a plus. House bright, spacious and airy. Very clean bed linen and towels provided.

House is beautiful but it would benefit from some minor maintenance repairs, ie, hand-rail bannister is coming off the wall, bookcase in conservatory extremely wobbly (would be a concern if small children around), oven glass loose and came off as I opened oven door for the first time (husband fixed it back).
