La ubicación, muy cerca en coche de supermercados y del malecón. Las zonas comunes están geniales, hay mucha seguridad, la casa es muy amplia y bonita. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar si se quiere. Un detalle muy bueno fue el café de cortesía junto con sal, azúcar, aceite, pimienta y jabón de platos. También fueron muy útiles la sombrilla de playa y las neveras portátiles. La casa es perfecta para descansar luego de disfrutar de las maravillosas playas y de la naturaleza cercana. Totalmente recomendable.

Le faltó limpieza a algún baño, el baño de la habitación del piso bajo no desaguaba correctamente y otro baño huele a cañería. La azotea se puede aprovechar mejor con muebles.
