Luxury 3-bedroom villa with heated private pool - in Marina Rubicon, Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Excellent location. Attentive and helpful host. Great outdoor space and villa was comfortable and of a high standard would definitely book again if returning to Lanzarote

Fabulous location near the Marina with all the restaurants and shops. 15 mins easy walk to the beach. Lovely private garden with pool.

Nothing. It was chilly at night when we arrived but Alban sent us over extra cosy blankets which was very much appreciated.

In a central location for all amenities. A short stroll to Rubicon Marina. Quiet location. The apartment was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, etc. Communication with the vendor was good. Parking space on site. Pool was cleaned regularly.

We would have expected extra toilet rolls and one change of towels for the price paid. The villa is on a complex, so the views are limited.

Little dated

Great location, well equipped and good communication from owner. Lots of nice touches e.g. provision of cleaning products including dishwasher tablets, loo roll and filters for the coffee machine. Nice quiet location just 5 minutes walk to the small supermarket and 10 minutes to the marina. Private parking a bonus. Comfortable beds, plenty of crockery and cutlery.

Would have liked air con, but as there were no mosquitoes, we were able to leave the bedroom windows open at night which was fine.
