L'appartamento in ottime condizioni e curato molto bene

La posizione è ottimale per raggiungere il porto e l'acquario ma non abbiamo assolutamente gradito l'atmosfera della zona e del quartiere dove si fanno incontri poco gradevoli in strada. La fortuna è che ci sono poliziotti la sera che fanno le ronde e quindi ti senti più tranquilla...

Non mi capacito di tutte le recensioni positive che trovo scritte sull'appartamento dopo esserci stato. Partendo dal fatto che l'appartemento si trova all'interno di un palazzo fatiscente e in una zona poco sicura anche se centrale, soprattutto di sera. L'appartamento presenta oggetti rotti (divano letto, materasso, lampada box doccia) e pericolanti (asta doccia, anta armadio, blocco pompa appoggiato su pezzi di legno). Inoltre si richiede una tassa di soggiorno a testa per notte di 5,31€ e una caparra di 250,00€ da dare prima dell'ingresso (al rimborso vengono però trattenute delle spese per la gestione di 6,80€). Prezzi folli e assurdi per il servizio offerto.
