La posizione era come descritta ed era vicino al luogo dove si svolgevano i miei impegni. Bello il balcone esterno dotato di sedie ed un tavolo.

La camera un po' piccolina giusta per noi che ci necessitava per una sola notte, difficoltoso raggiungerla tramite una scala a chiocciola. Saconsigliata per chi ha valigie grandi.

La posizione, per la vicinanza a Bari ma lontano dal traffico caotico, a due passi da Torre a Mare, località di mare piena di locali e con tutto a disposizione.

Purtroppo ho dovuto attendere circa un'ora dal mio arrivo, peraltro comunicato con largo anticipo e compreso nel periodo previsto dalla struttura per il check-in, perché era in corso la pulizia della stanza. Superato questo impatto negativo devo confermare la bontà e la pulizia della struttura. Altresì ho rappresentato il problema del lavabo in bagno che non scaricava l'acqua ma non ho ricevuto un' assistenza se non "lo farò aggiustare" (penso dopo la mia partenza). Peccato.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und funktional. Der Balkon bietet ausreichend Platz mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen. Nicht sooo viel Platz im Zimmer, reicht aber.

WLAN war nicht verfügbar. Der Vermieter wollte sich kümmern .... erfolglos. Die ganze Siedlung ist durch ein elektrisches Rolltor verriegelt. An der Sprechanlage konnte ich einmal keinen Ansprechpartner zum Tor öffnen erreichen. Hellhörig: man versteht jedes Wort aus dem Nachbarzimmer und die Hunde auf dem Nachbargrundstück bellen auch nachts. Kochen in der spärlich ausgestatteten Küche nur mit Ausnahmegenehmigung des Vermieters. Wir haben lieber drauf verzichtet.

Le propriétaire était sympa. Nous avons pu choisir la chambre. Les lits étaient assez confortables.

C'était pas facile à trouver. Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas un bouloir dans la chambre. Assez éloigné de centre de Torre a Mare... mais nous avons fait le chemin à pieds... 35 min..
