The carpark provided quite near to the unit.

-The unit got so much hair on the floor. This is unacceptable for me because we can see clearly the mess. -As mentioned in the booking, provided 1 extra bed for each room. But we only got 1 bed for 3 bedrooms we had booked. -The toilet was not clean enough, and the wall got stained, especially in the Master Bedroom. Only little left for toiletries and should fill up before we check in. Unpleasent smell also. The bidet for one of the toilets didn't function well. -Not muslims friendly as we went to another place provided prayer mat for us. But thumbs up for the qiblat sign provided but should place in every room instead 1 room only. -Pool facilities are not following the operation hours. It starts late & closed too early. Too rigid for swimming attire. Microfibre & jersey material is not allowed. But cotton can??? Yes. I have to change my kids' attire into the inner, and they manage to continue using the pool. Not happenend for my family only. Most of the customers faced the same issue there. Management should really improve in the future regarding this.

The house is very spacious and can comfortably fit 8 adults and children. There are many shops and food places nearby, which makes everything very convenient. The host and staff are extremely kind and helpful — truly 5-star service.

Management is extremely strict with too many unreasonable rules it honestly feels like a prison. Security guards are everywhere. At the kids' pool alone, there were almost four security guards, and many guests were complaining about the same issue. Some of the rules are ridiculous. Our access key was taken to exchange for pool bracelets, but this caused a serious problem: family members who didn't want to swim were unable to move around because they had no access card. At one point, my brother wanted to go out and asked a guard for help to open the access door since another guard was holding our card. Suddenly, a man came and scolded my brother for letting the guard assist. What was he expecting, for the door to open by itself without an access card? Completely unreasonable and nonsensical. This place caused unnecessary stress and turned our stay into a traumatic experience. We will never return.
