Tolle Lage (nachts sehr laut, aber damit muss man leben, wenn man so zentral wohnen möchte). Check-in zwar etwas kompliziert mit den ganzen Codes, hat aber gut geklappt, auch mit dem Parkplatz. Küchenausstattung ist gut.

Klimaanlage steht im Wohnzimmer und kann nicht bewegt werden. Ansonsten gibt es noch 2 Ventilatoren, die nichts bringen. Man kann also ein kühles Wohnzimmer haben, aber dann wegen der Hitze im Schlafzimmer trotzdem nicht schlafen. Insgesamt war es leider nicht sehr sauber (muffige Handtücher, Flecken auf der Bettwäsche, dem Boden etc.). Ich hatte für 3 Erwachsene gebucht. Trotzdem war, anstatt des Schlafsofas, das Beistellbett bezogen und auch nur Kaffee für 2 vorhanden.

Great location in the city center. Nice and clean apartment.

The only disadvantage is that parking is quite far from the apartment (about 10 minutes walk).

Space

No shower. Manager only appt and after wrote that he could get the boiler to work with the same instructions he appt to us. When I wrote he could have done that before we arrived, he said that is what he will do in the ‘future’. Only airconditioning in living room. Ventilation in bedroom.

The proximity to town. You are basically in town.

All was well. You cannot stop your car in front of the property As it’s a small road

Perfect location with everything you need.

Location and parking. We were only for 1 night in Trento on our way to Livignio and the location gave us great opportunity for sightseeing . The free parking nearby is also great . However parking is open space and 14 walking minutes so if you want to unload a lot of luggage, you need to request it several days earlier.

Check-in system is via external app, and it asks you to upload photo of your id. Furthermore it charges your card with 51 euro deposit. This is not written anywhere in the booking and we were not comfortable at all. Also it takes time, what is not good if you do it in front of the apartment. Also lack of communication with the host, although the very detailed instructions per email. For the kid was a bit cold inside.

Good location, apartment in ZTL, parking about 600 meters away outside of ZTL, all in all we stayed just a night and it was good, doesn’t found anything disappointing, good cost / value ratio.

Ambiente amplio y confortable

Although it was just an overnight stay for us, we felt very comfortable in this apartment. Right in the historical center, we had everything we needed to get the most of this short visit to Trento, including some nice restaurants. Also, the private parking was very convenient, just a short walk away from the apartment. Good communications with the host, who provided clear instructions and hints to make our stay pleasant. Do recommend it to other fellow travelers.
