"Illegal Airbnb - avoid"

There's big sign outside the building, inside the building and in the lift warning you that Airbnb is illegal in this building. If found out, the management has the right to kick you out. The agent asked you to lie to the guard that you are a visitor and not a guest.

It is very dated. No towels are provided. The agent claim it is for hygiene reasons. Did he not wash the bedsheet and pillow case too? It is an illegal Airbnb
