A perfect location for the Channel Tunnel but moreover, a pretty, cozy and comfortable place that is beautifully decorated. It has everything you woukd need for a longer stay. Unfortunately, we didn't have the time to explore the area this time but would love to return another time. The coffee, tea, milk and snack bars were a nice and very welcome touch!

Location to the channel tunnel. Lovely location within Hythe and close to town centre.

Cosy , cute and nicely thought out. Nice walk downhill in to town 10 mins. Uphill back after dinner is a little harder but you walk your dinner off. Sea view is lovely except its only if you walk to front gate and not by the accommodation.

Outside area could have been so much better with a little love and attention. Chairs had cobwebs and were wet and covered in leafs but it is that time of year. Cigarette butts left in made up ashtray on outside table. Cobwebs indoors on metal structure in bedroom. Little things only otherwise it was comfortable and homely.

A wonderful property, very comfortable and private.
