what I like is that I was so stupid to hear the excuses n I cooperated n send my Id document just to be fooled. I love self catering so much but after this yoooh

A very huge disappointment I booked n connected to the host Nondumiso Magwaza,she wasn't available then Alibongwe Ntombela started a chat with me telling me unfortunately someone booked the same time I did,of which it did not make sense at all after I got a confirmation of the booking ,she then said I should go their other place in 1Harriet Midrand ant there she told me to wait for keys in about 30minutes time then after I got there the bathroom towels were all wet and it smells stuffy in the whole apartment the mob was soaked in wanted chowing they did a last minute cleaning before I checked in,I couldn't stay I had to leave and I asked for my money back till now she's hasn't paid back my money,telling me she's talking to her manager

Location was close to work

The entry process to the location was difficult. You need to have an entry code every time you leave the estate and only 1 code was supplied per person, which meant that all other times you need to bargain with security to let you back into the estate. Only 1 key is given to the unit so you have to wait for the person to return with the key, as we were there for work, we had to align what times we were coming back as we worked in different locations and had different start times which did not align at times so which made it difficult to coordinate exit times and return times to the estate. The central security did not allow for keys to be left with them which could have alleviated this. There was also mould of dampness in both bathroom ceilings

The location is okay beautiful ,I loved it I didn’t have complains . Just the service at the restaurant is a bit pour .. but everything else was good , I would come back there again . That’s a beautiful place it has everything

The service at the restaurant we had to wait 30 minutes to get our bill paid because the manager was not there
