Situated down a country lane and private ROW. Very quiet with 3 Muscovy ducks for company. Extensive views towards hills and bush river flats. And a very comfortable bed. Great location for exploring South Head and also north up to Port Albert and beyond The old Kaukapakapa Hotel now refurbished as Shed16 is great place for a welcome stop for drinks and good food.

Maybe an upgrade to the tv to improve speaker quality otherwise nothing
