I cant give a full detailed review largely in avoidance of eliciting my post traumatic seasonal depression. Being left outside on Christmas Eve with no access to the (paid for) lodging facility should be enough said. Unsure of the cause, but very displeased. Honestly downright disgusted by the nonexistent level of professionalism, care, and immediacy. I wish I had the time and energy to explain more, and yes It gets worse. Immediately following the occurrence came almost a witch-hunt off sorts regarding a key.. The communication became hostile and beleaguered, with no apology or fix to their mishandling. Im requesting my money back!
