The place is immaculately clean, a good space with 3 comfortable bedrooms, a lounge, dinner and kitchen. Hospitality was outstanding, milk for tea/coffee provided as a convenience. I will rebook this accommodation and recommend it to friends and family..

Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean with all the facilities we needed (and more!). Modern kitchen and bathroom. We all had a good nights sleep in our very comfortable beds!

Bright, very comfortable, well equipped and warm. A short walk to the North Bay and the beautiful Peasholm Park. The owner was very pleasant and helpful (If you need extra parking tokens he will provide them for you). Brilliant stay. Would definitely go back.

"Fabulous stay in a beautiful home from home."

Beautiful, comfortable and clean accommodation. Has everything that you could possibly need in a holiday home (and more besides!). the patio area is a lovely touch and we’d have eaten out here had it been a touch warmer. Beds were so comfortable and cosy with lovely thick duvets. Our little boy loved the bunk bed! Good location. 15 min walk (with a toddler) to Scarborough centre for restaurants and the arcades/fun fair. 5 minute walk to Peasholm Park. Parking right outside with a parking scratchcard included. Other little touches - milk in the fridge and even including USB sockets by the bed - were appreciated. Thank you.

That we didn’t stay longer - but we’ll definitely be back.

Not too far but not too close from the south beach. The guy was really friendly when a mix up of the key happened. Very clean.

Not sure if it was from the sofa fabric or maybe some of the freshener used but one of the guests had a reaction to something. Extra linen was no where insightful so if the kids had any accidents we couldn’t swap over the bedding which we could of contacted the manager but it would of been easier to be able to do it ourselves.
