Stylish and comfortable apartment with all the necessary technics. Check in is super comfortable, the host provided all the video instructions for technics, ventilation and etc. Nice location, supermarket and nice cafes are just 3 mins away. And beautiful sunsets!

SO DIRTY. There was oil spilled in the fridge, someone’s old cashews left, dirty glasses, dirty toaster, spots in the microwave, mould in the shower, dirty spots on the sofa and pillows and etc. You have such a nice apartment, why do you find in impossible to clean it properly???

We stayed for 5 days here, the first day we arrived at evening, found out there's no kettle and laundry pods provided, so I asked the staff for the kettle and requested a few laundry pods as well, the staff didn't believe me that there's no kettle in the apartment and asked me to check again clearly, not until I took 10 pictures for all the cabinets and drawers to show them... 😔... Eventually, they believed me and brought me the kettle on the next afternoon. A bit wasting time to deal with this. As for the laundry pods, I asked 2 different staffs for it... Again, they needed me to check through the apartment, but of course there was none... Not trusted the guests again! 😞 The most disappointing is, they said they would keep me updated, but no one kept me posted at all !! Not even after we checked out!! For just a simple request! Per their requests, we discarded all the rubbish and cleaned up all the dishes before check out but could not get just simply a laundry pod in return... 🙄🙄 Frankly I can accept no laundry pods provided if they told me firmly from the very beginning, (so I don't have to waste my time in texting again and again), but totally CANNOT accept for not keeping me updated when they promised they would!! This is a matter of trust! May be it's my bad for over expecting their service as they "seemed to be" very responsive... However, if they can be more attentive, paying closer attention to details and situations before a new guest checked-in, and of course with a bit trust in guests, would be very greatful then! But of course if you don't mind the above issues we had faced, or bring your own shampoo, and shower gel (we got 2 disposal shower gel packs individually, means enough for us to take 2 showers and none shampoo provided for a 5 days staying), and don't forget to get your own laundry pods if needed, this apartment is still not a bad choice.

Well-stocked apartment not too far from Central station. Modern appliances and spacious.

Construction nearby started at 6 am. The lock box is extremely difficult to access, especially for those who may have difficulty seeing small type or in darker environments.

The property and the apartment are great. Conveniently located between the city and the cloche d’or business districts.

The area isn’t the most appealing with construction going on.

The location is in the center of city. That’s a supermarket just 10 steps away. Petrol station just right behind. Good that with an Underground parking.

The bed is not comfortable. Sofa and cushion are stink. No detergent for light washing plate. Towel with stain…
