Modern 2 Bedroom Beachside Apartment NR72

The apartment was well equipped and the complex was very quiet. Close proximity to the beach

The apartment had been closed up since November and despite opening windows and doors and running taps, the smell from the drain did not go away. There were ants in the kitchen, bathroom and master bedroom. We were not informed if there were sun loungers for the pool, we only found out on the last day by a resident that each apartment has a storage room and they may have been in there. Rep did not provide information about this or about restaurants, taxi services, supermarkets or local buses.

Excellent location for the beach

Great position overlooking pool with all day sun. Fantastically comfy bed and items already in situ, ie extra handwash, dishwasher tablets, etc, very handy! Anna was great with check-in and information for stay. Great to have local Chiringuito, Spinosa Bar and Restaurant on doorstep overlooking Mar Menor. All-in-all a lovely stay plus great value for money too😊

15 minute walk to supermarket which wasn’t an issue for us, but might be for some. Blackout curtains would be helpful, the pool lights at night were visible through the voiles. My husband was badly bitten a couple of nights but partly our fault as forgot to plug mosquito device in! So be prepared for that

Nice, quiet location

I would prefer darker blackout curtains in the bedrooms

Excellent location, pool very clean and never too busy, had a toddler with us so was ideal location. Beach only few minutes walk and splash pad 5 minutes away. Apartment was very clean and had everything u could need. Great value for money.

Can't think of anything we didn't like

Great apartment had a really nice stay with my two boys .

Lovely apartment with a nice layout, good location for bars, restaurants and the beach. Very clean and comfortable.

The storage space was limited and there was no shop nearby to pick up fresh bread etc. The supermarket is a 10 minute walk which is fine but only at dawn or dusk. The air con was very poor in the master bedroom.

The TV was difficult to operate maybe a brochure showing how to operate
