Hotel O R Square Stay Near LB Nagar Metro

Great hotel. Clean rooms, superb breakfast spread, excellent amenities. The staff is extremely courteous

Property refused to accept the booking as online paid

Location was closer to Metro station and our work place so that was the only redeeming feature of the place for us.

1.Manager does not know Hindi or English. 2.Manager is inconsiderate and charged us extra money over and above our 100% payment made to booking.com 3.Air Conditioner was not working properly 4.Bed sheets were stained and changed the next day after repeated requests to change. 5.There was no Break-fast nor errand boys for bringing Tea from outside.Services like fixing TV etc. was awful. 6.Biggest upsetting thing was that there was no water supply from 11PM to 11AM next day when we checked out during our 6 days stay there.When we asked to keep our luggage in one room for 3 hours extra for getting freshened up since there was no water supply in the morning,the Manager demanded Rs.500/- from us.
