Santa Margarita Deluxe 14-C Levante Beach

The property was on the beachfront in an excellent location and was spotlessly clean.

New windows had been fitted since we last stayed there and they were very drafty, there was a lot of storms and the apartment was cold with the heating on because of the windows. The beds weren’t very comfortable and the pillows were terrible, we bought our own. There was also building work in two apartment underneath us so for seven weeks we were woken up by jack hammers and drilling, this went on until 6pm some days. I know this isn’t the owners fault.

Terrific sea view. Apartment was great, very modern with all the facilities you could require. Very clean . Excellent furniture and very comfortable. Great terrace for sunbathing.

The only thing we didn’t like was the noise from the next door apartment which was being refurbished. We were there for 4 weeks and fortunately the work stopped after 2 weeks.

Il y avait des travaux dans lappartement à coté toute la journée jusqu’à 18h . On en pouvait plus du marteaux pickeur toute la journée

The view was incredible

Going to somewhere else to get the key wasn't nice dropping the keys off walking up there at 5.30am. This apartment would benefit from a keysafe outside

Location and facilities just everything you need. Of course the view was the best too

Beautiful apartment, had everything you need for your stay, spotless and really comfy beds. It is in a great location. We will definately go back
