"Amazing seaview ats best seaside, first row location for perfect value for money and with pool"

Amazing first line sea view from the 14th floor. Perfect location for family either. We spent nights beginning of April 2024. Under the house there were bars full of crowds, but at 10PM latest it losed and there was complete silence. Oh and we got a wine as a gift which tasted amazing after the long travel we had.

The positives absolutely overrule any notes - there are no negatives, just notes. The couchbed in the living room was not that comfortable. Windows were not closing 100%, they were not soundproof. Again, still the view, the cleanliness, the location made our stay perfect for a great value for mo ey!

"Perfect winter holiday in the sun"

We stayed at this property for five weeks. When we arrived the property was exactly as the photos and extremely clean. We were left a welcome pack with water, wine coffee and basic cleaning for a few days. The views are amazing from the property and the sun terrace is lovely with plenty of sun beds. We found the caretaker to be extremely helpful and he kept the public areas immaculate. We contacted Benidorm Booking a couple of times while we were there and also found them to be really nice and helpful.

Nothing really, only one small thing, the windows were single glazed and could rattle a little if windy.

Amazing view Fabulous new lush accommodation Plus welcome pack great Had all you need in apartment and more bedding was very lovley ....

Just the fan in bedroom needed instructions as when put light on n turm fan on goes on ..then when turn light off go sleep 😴 it turns off and cannot get it bk on only on with light....plus next time would ov needed fob get bk on from beach access as had go long way around get in .that's all.

Was amazing apartment. Enjoyed our short break convenient for everything bars, beach etc.

Nothing to dislike except glass coffee table. The corners were quite sharp caught legs few times. Shelf for gel and grab handle in shower for safety would have been good. We are seniors so can't afford to have an accident!
