A by the Bay - Stunning Seaside Apartment

It was very comfortable. My husband loved the front porch talking to people walking by😆

location was ideal for us as we were using it far access to an event at BASS Rocks golf course. Even so would have been an easy walk into downtown Gloucester

Parking was a bit of a challenge however as long as we knew to drop our stuff before finding a spot on the main road it worked out fine. Traffic issues were compounded multiple times by the draw bridge around the corner

We liked the location near town. The decor was very welcoming, especially with pretty aqua tiles in the kitchen. Great sheets and duvet especially. Perfect temperature. The welcome snacks were very generous. Parking was easy, but you need parallel skills.

The price was just a bit high at $600/night with a rushed check-out time. The entry to the door was odd in which I was supposed to use Ring (I guess?) to reach out to the owners to get the access code, but Nick started talking to us from off site from inside the box. Sort of an odd feeling. Couldn’t lower the blinds in front room, though I searched for the mechanism/pull.

It is adorable! Walking distance to the downtown and only a block from the famous fisherman monument and the bay. The owner was so kind everything about this place is beautiful and brand new even the pullout sofa was comfortable for my granddaughter. Parking was very easy.

Great location, comfortable beds, good amount of a space both indoor and outdoor.

Outdoor patio is directly behind where the next door restaurant keeps their garbage bins. There was a terrible smell coming from the kitchen that circulated through the apartment when the AC was on so we had to turn it off. The price of $750 per night is too much.
