clean, comfy, city central area

Location is great. Room is clean.

There is no SMS signal inside the room. During our stay, there were times without water (not convenient since we cannot use the toilet, shower, etc). The owner informed us about the situation, however since no SMS signal inside we only received her text messages when we were already outside (I would suggest her contacting the tenants via booking.com in case of these instances - since Wifi anyway was good). Thanks.

The location, the room was really nice, the fan did good job, gorgeous wooden floor, slippers available. Bed sheets nice and soft.

Slippery bathroom floor after shower, lack of an extra larger trash bin but there's a small trash bin in bathroom. Some walls could use a paint touch up like right of the tv and loose cables could be covered by cable covers. Outside view is nothing to look at but anyways covered with white and over curtains.

Overall the facilities were quite good, modern and comfortable. However the owner of our room in F2-24 was less than friendly. The owner was almost aggressive to us - because we had my wife's daughter visiting with us for several hours and were told she could only visit for a maximum of one hour and we were being watched on the cctv camera's. We were made to feel like we were trying to cheat them. I remained calm and the situation was quickly diffused to some extent. This did not make us feel welcome and the day time reception lady was not friendly........the night time gentleman on reception was very friendly (thank you)

Unfriendly owner of the room.

the property is very clean and has a superb wifi connection. it is near SM and I can really say that it exceeded my expectation. The host is very kind and motherly so expect that you will be staying in a HOME and not in a condo unit 😊
