Spanish Style 3-bedroom Home with Hot Tub

The hot tub was the main reason as my family was here for a loss .. very nice !

Where do I start? When we pulled up the trash was almost overflowing and smelt, there is plants growing out of the gutters , especially in the back where the hot tub is , but the worst was the A/C would not go below 73/74 in the house so I went and bought a box fan because we were uncomfortable. There was clothes in the dryer with someone else undergarments and the water smells like rotten eggs.. Extremely hard water here ...

Clean, fashionable, accommodating, easy to get to.

Fan in bedroom was a bit loud.

We saw a few cob webs. They are easy to miss but kinda made me feel like it could have been cleaned better

Clean and comfortable.

The beds were comfortable, the lay out was good, and it was quiet.

Unfortunately, we encountered a few issues that made our experience less than ideal. Firstly, despite our assurance that someone would come to address the ant problem, they were still present throughout our stay. Additionally, the water had a strong smell of rotten eggs, which was quite unpleasant. We also found beer in the fridge and raw chicken stored in a Kroger sack in the freezer, which raised some concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene. The flooring inside the house was uneven thus leaving potential risk for trip hazards. And the dishwasher door came flying out when opened almost injuring my wife due to no spring, which there was no note indicating such. Furthermore, the overflowing trash bin outside and trash on the ground including dirty diapers were unexpected and not in line with our expectations. We received communication that the trash was overflowing 1 hour prior to us arriving to the property. Furthermore, there seemed to be a lingering smell of smoke in the house.

Grandson loved the hot tub. Large home, great for families.
