K40 Boutique Apartment in the City Center

Poloha vynikajúca. V kuchyni bolo základné vybavenie, ale stačilo. Kávovar s kapsulami, hriankovač. V kulpelni sa tiež nachádzali základné potreby. Komunikácia prebehla bez problemov. Tak isto še našli klúč. Dostali sme podrobné video s návodom ako sa dostať do bytu. Keď pojdeme znova do Budapešti, tak určite sem.

Bolo tam trošku viac prachu, ale to mohlo byť sposobene tým, že oproti zateplovali. Parkovanie bolo za poplatok 30eur/noc. Čo je trochu dosť. My zme zaparkovali na kraji Budapešti a prišli sme metrom. Na druhej strane, deti mali aspoň zážitok, keďže po meste sme sa pohybovali prevažne peši. Nie pre každého to musí byť nevýhoda.

Beautifull, brand new and clean, well equipped apartment in a nice building in a vibrant neighborhood, yet very peacefull without a slight of noise all day. Has all the ameneties you need even for a longer stay, (even generously provided nespresso capsules). Location was excellent, has a lot of stores, coffeshops, restaurants, fast foods and bars and all the other attractions, even has a nice playground for kids 50 meters from the building! The communication with the staff was great and we got good guidance how to get into the apartment so it was easy. We used a parking space in the garage of the building and it was also good and convenient, though entry to it was a little cramped for a bigger car at one spot but manegable.

Nothing to complain really...

The apartment is definitely recommended for families with children. There is 1 bedroom, 1 living room and 1 balcony. The sofa in the living room was of course comfortable for 3 days and I fit comfortably with my height of 190 cm. The apartment is on the 5th floor and there is access by elevator. There is a parking lot downstairs. The apartment is practical, every detail has been considered, including laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent. There is sufficient service for a family of 3-4. The water temperature and temperature in the shower was good. Netflix is ​​available. The apartment is located in a safe apartment building, there is a security guard at the entrance. There is no connection to the road when looking at the garden facade, so it is very quiet at night. The rooms have good thermal insulation for cold nights. The apartment is located on a lively and central street. Public transportation is 600-650 meters away from the central station and has a flat walking path.

Deficiencies. There are 6-7 steps from the apartment entrance to the elevator. There is no baby stroller or disabled ramp.

The apartment was incredibly comfortable, spotless, and ideally located, with plenty of shops and restaurants just steps away. Despite its central location, it’s nestled in a modern and tranquil building, offering peace and quiet. Both the bathroom and kitchen were fully equipped with everything we needed, including fresh towels, a convenient hairdryer, and all the essentials for a hassle-free stay. Christina was outstanding—always available and quick to answer any questions we had, making it truly a home away from home!

The apartment was a perfect home for myself for 10 days and my partner also joined me for 4 nights. It's in the perfect location in the heart of Budapest, close to everything. Loads of shops and restaurants in the same road. The apartment is very safe with security and is clean and comfortable with a tv with Netflix and satellite channels. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and there are some cooking bits and pieces in the cupboards. The bedroom is spacious with loads of room for your clothes and plenty of storage. The bathroom is a joy, with a hotel style bath and gorgeous shower and loads of hot water. A washing machine is there also. I am definitely returning. I loved this apartment. A home from home.
