Rooftop Las Vistas, 2 bedrooms First Line

Отсутствовала стиральная машина. Не удалось согласовать выезд на 1 час позже. Довольно шумно ночью от проезжающего транспорта и отдыхающих молодых людей (несколько ночей до 4 утра)

A very large, bright and airy apartment. Very good facilities and very clean. The view was great, we watched a lovely sunset with a glass of wine every evening before going out for a meal. Plenty of restaurants opposite the apartment. The apartments position in the centre of the resort was great. Andreas was a great help, on hand when needed.

60 steps up to apartment from street. No good if you have mobility problems. We got used to them after a day or two. The beds were very uncomfortable. We struggled to get a decent night's sleep. Can be noisy from the street but earplugs soon cured that. The patio furniture is so uncomfortable and definitely seen better days. With such a big patio there should have been a decent dining set and a couple of reclining chairs. It wasn't great value overall for two people but with four sharing it wouldn't work out so expensive.

Located near good beach and great restaurants etc. not a long walk to the strip in las Americas. Good wifi. Aircon was good though took a while to cool the apartment. The view is nice.

It's expensive for the quality. There's about 60 steps up to the floor it is on so be prepared especially with luggage. No one came to check us out though we waited. We found the furniture uncomfortable especially the couch. There's nowhere to leave your bags if you have late flight. I think €300 deposit is a bit steep but did get it back the following week. If it was cheaper it might be worth staying but the stairs are quite tiring. Also the place could do with repainting and the showers cleaned there was dirt around the silicon in both showers

Ich habe die Zeit jede Minute genossen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3.Stock ohne Fahrstuhl, ist jedoch überhaupt nicht schlimm. Zugang zum Strand ist direkt gegenüber. Viele diverse Restaurants sind vor der Tür. Jedoch kann man das auch als Nachteil sehen, weil abends sehr nach Bratfisch und manchmal nach Gras riecht (auf dem Balkon) Es ist sehr wenig Kuchenutersilien vorhanden. Für 3Personen, die nur die Hälfte der Zeit gekocht haben, hat uns das gereicht. Wir müssten jedoch täglich die halbleere Geschirrspülmaschine einschalten, damit die 6 Löffeln , 6 Gabeln , 6Messer und 6Teller je Größe ausreichen. Jedoch muss man zugeben, dass die Vermittlungsfirma wirklich versucht die Kunden zufrieden zu stellen. Alle Sachen, die für mich wichtig waren und die ich vor der Anreise angesprochen habe, wurden bereitgestellt. Auch bei Problemen ist immer jemand da. Und zum Schluss: wenn man aus einer großen Stadt kommt und keine Angst von der 1,5-stündige Parkplatzsuche am Tag hat, darf man sogar ein Auto mieten. Ab 19Uhr dauert die Suche nur noch 15Min ;-)

Wszystko, od lokalizacji poprzez komfortowe warunki (klimatyzacja w całym apartamencie, kazda sypialnia ma łazienkę), pełne wyposażenie kuchni,pralka jest na dachu z możliwością rozwieszenia tam prania na świeżym powietrzu a nie na tarasie, fantastyczny widok i czystość.

Gdyby na tarasie późnym popołudniem można było opuścić roletę od słonecznej strony byłaby to pełnia szczęścia(trochę czasu mi zajęło żeby coś wymyślić🙂). Muzyka z okolicznych lokali dla mnie tworzy klimat a nie przeszkadza. A jak chcesz widok to muszą być schody...

Great location, beautiful modern apartment and amazing view. Hosts were always available by WhatsApp.
