Thank you, all is good - nice location, amazing apartment, friendly and hospitable hosts.

I liked everything, I would add only ironing board to the apartment.

The property’s benefit is also its drawback. It is located right in the centre of the city. Perfect if you want shopping, nightlife etc. there is a restaurant directly next door which has tables right outside the bedroom window. The apartment was spotlessly clean, had lovely facilities and enough stocks to do your own cooking. The staff were super responsive.

My comments here should be taken from the lens of the purpose of our stay being a cycling trip. We’d come from Bormio which was quiet and great roads. Como was noisy and was in the grip of a heatwave. The aircon in the apartment was not coping at all. Inside temps made it too hot to sleep. After we’d been out riding in the heat it was pretty tough to come home to a hot apartment. The staff did everything they could to help, including bringing us some fans to cool us down. If you were just sightseeing I don’t think it would be a problem.

The location was excellent, less than 5 minutes walk from the Lake and very close to the town. All of the room facilities were excellent and very clean. Matteo and the staff were extremely helpful. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the ferry terminal and 10 minutes from Como San Giovanni Station. The property itself was newly refurbished and very clean. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Lovely beds, central, quiet and some outside space

The bathroom floor never really dried out but not a problem as was warm.
