Penthouse Praia de Olinda - Minho's Guest

A localização é muito boa. Mas achei a estadia muito cara para esta epoca do ano.

No primeiro dia quando chegámos a retrete do quarto de banho principal estava entupida. Na cozinha também não havia escorredor da louça mas no dia em que foram arranjar a retrete e o ralo do poliban trouxeram o escorredor. No geral acho que estava limpa com exceção da cozinha que tinha o exaustor sujo .

Die Lage war sehr gut nur ein paar Meter von Stand entfernt. So dass wir zu Fuß gehen konnten.

Die Kücheneinrichtung ließ zu wünschen übrig. Da einige wesentliche Dinge,wie Topflappen ordentliche Kochtöpfe ,Pfanne und Schüsseln fehlten. Herr César war so freundlich und hat die fehlenden Teile besorgt. Nur war das Geschirr spülen katastrophal. Wir mussten uns eine größere Schüssel besorgen so dass wir überhaupt spülen konnten. Das Spülbecken war nicht in Ordnung. Ansonsten haben wir uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Herr César

The location and proximity to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores was excellent.

The sound coming from the near by day care/school was very loud when on the outdoor terrace. The sound of children is lovely but some might find it too loud. The lighting in the hallways was not the best. It often would shut off as we were going down or up the stairs putting us in complete darkness on the staircase.

Propriedade muito bem localizada, perto da praia. Apartamento confortável, com o necessário para umas férias em família. Piscina muito agradável e bem cuidada.

Nada de mais a apontar, apenas não tinha sido retirada o lixo da reciclagem dos hóspedes anteriores.

Wohnung ist sehr nah an einem schönen langen Strand. Der Ort ist nett mit Parks, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nach Porto kommt man mit der Metro in 50 Minuten für 3 Euro. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hat alles was man braucht. Badezimmer und kleines WC sind neu. Es ist toll eine Dachterrasse zur Verfügung zu haben. Das Personal ist bemüht einen telefonisch sofort weiterzuhelfen bei Fragen. Den Pool haben wir nicht benutzt, ist aber möglich.

Los utensilios de cocina no estaban en condiciones para ser usados. Frigorifico y microondas sucios. Desperfectos varios en el mobiliario
