Stylish 2-BR Getaway in Heights with Pool

The area is good because there a lot of restaurants and bars which is good if you are into the nightlife. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet.

The unit was not clean the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped. The unit also had a strange smell in it and really couldn't get it out. The restroom light did not work, and I message maintenance for two days but they never showed up to fix it so we had to use the light from the mirror in the restroom. Also, the shower has a half door, and the place did not provide anything to place on the floor, so you had to step on the floor and get it wet. The beds were not comfortable and the unit at night would feel warm so uncomfortable to sleep.

- There is no fire alarm, making this apartment unsafe. The place where there used to be one is even clearly visible on the wall. - One of the light switches in the bathroom is completely broken and half falling off. - The AC is very loud and not cooling the bedrooms properly. - The bedsheets feel very cheap and sweaty, making the temperature issue worse. - There is nowhere to sit. The beds in the living room are clearly just that -- beds. And the tiny table with 2 barstools are really not adequate seating given that is the only thing. - All of the doors are very skew and I needed to force some of them open/shut because they were jamming. - The pool is clearly not cleaned regularly. When we arrived at night the bottom was clearly green, and when the pump was running, it was very murky.

Bathroom shower and shampoo conditioner dispenser was nice. Coffee machine was a plus.

Laundry room was flooded and needed to be cleaned. Pool wasn’t clean. Move couch with back rest in front of tv. And the one without back rest in kitchen area.

The location was great we didn’t have to drive far for anything.

It was clean and Most of what we needed was there and working. A/C was realy cold too.

The pool was not clean, and the other residents had no respect for others when they went out to the pool at 2am. Too loud and obnoxious, too much drinking and smoking weed late at night. Not cool at all!
