Great location, well equiped and confortable. Great support from the host.

Security and location excellent. Kitchen very well fitted out. The hostess was extremely helpful and always available when needed.

Bedrooms very small with restrictive storage space. No coat hangers in one of the rooms. Lack of comfortable seating in the sitting area for four people and also in bedrooms. Both bathrooms lead directly onto the living area. We thought they would be en-suite. Clothes drying rack too small for four people. Nowhere to hang towels in the bathrooms.

The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Itzi met us with the key, showed us around the apartment, and gave us lots of helpful advice about what to do and where to eat in Bilbao. She was also wonderful with our 8-year-old son and made him excited about Bilbao. We would absolutely stay here again.

It would be great to have a broom or a vacuum cleaner, and a laundry rack to hang clothes :)

Amazing location at a very vivid part of the city yet very quite inside the apartment. Welcoming and flexible host. Nice facilities and very clean.

Not very clear regarding the parking spot. Would love more amenities and/or some water or softdrinks in the fridge. Bedrooms are not very spacious but okish.

The location and facilities were excellent.

The parking arrangement, even though it was secure and constantly manned, I wasn’t comfortable leaving my keys with them and The entrance/exit was very narrow and steep. Also, even though the apartment had windows they were all internal facing so you could only see other apartments in the block which made it quite airless.
