Fantastische Sicht! Ruhig in der Nacht. Zuvorkommendes Personal!

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit Garten. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt im Restaurant, gepflegte Küche vom Feinsten! Der Manager war von A bis Z überzeugend und sehr freundlich.

Der Morgenservice am zweiten Tag war alles andere als überzeugend, unfreundlich und unmotiviert, sehr schade! Die Dame beim Check-in hat uns nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass es einen Aufzug hat - wir sind älter und die Information wäre für uns sehr hilfreich gewesen mit dem Gepäck, schade...

Petit déjeuner fantastique, service impeccable…je voyage beaucoup et j’avoue que c’est la première fois que je n’ai rien à redire. Bravoooo

The facade of the building, covered with flowers, is really really nice. Although obviously in late September the flowers were starting to die out, the visual impact was amazing. The restaurant and garden area is very nice. View from the room was breathtaking.

Firstly I found the room to be not 5*. The bathroom was nice with a nice bathtub (although this was filthy dirty and I had to scrub it myself). The bed honestly was uncomfortable with terrible pillows. The room itself was only lifted by the AMAZING view which honestly was by far the best part of the room. There were no facilities aside from a small swimming pool. Walking around the property felt nice because of its charming provençal colours, but there could be more curated sitting areas and definitely they should not leave certain grass areas with material from works. Honestly very underwhelming experience especially for such a nice chain as Relais&Chateaux - small detail that sums up the inadequacy of the hotel is unbranded cheap fabric bath robes when normally at R&C hotels you get thick padded BRANDED with the R&C logo. They should learn something R&C hotel le Saint Paul…
