La situación del lugar

The place had everything I needed—a comfortable setting with plenty of space. As a solo traveler, I always had enough hot water, though it might be limited for larger groups. The location is excellent, just a few blocks from everything, and the apartment included a washer, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dedicated workspace. Overall, it was convenient and perfectly situated for my stay.

It was an attractive, comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a great location. I really appreciated some lovely seasonal touches such as a small tabletop Christmas tree and poinsettia plant because I was in the road for the holiday and couldn’t have my own tree or decorations. All the appliances worked well and as my husband needed to work while we were there he appreciated having a small desk. The location can’t be beat for tourism, access to restaurants, grocery stores and public transportation. It’s a short walk from bus stops for the Málaga and Granada airport buses and the Granada bus station. The train stain is about a kilometer away. Ignacio, who met us upon arrival was very friendly and helpful. We had to change our arrival time several times that day because of a delayed flight and subsequent missed bus but he was very understanding and we were able to send updates as things developed so he was waiting for us when we eventually arrived. I would definitely stay there again.

The location was great. Located in a beautiful small street very close to city centre and a few minutes walk from Albaicín. The entrance to the building was beautiful and the place was relaxing and very authentic.

The heating was a little bit difficult to work but once we managed to understand how it worked, the apartment heated up pretty quickly and it was amazing to find out that it was underfloor heating!
