Location, cleanliness, facilities everything was new and all worked.

So clean. Modern amenities. Stocked well-zero waste shampoo, body wash, Nespresso machine & pods. Great bedding. Comfortable. Quiet. Easy walk from Atocha, Retiro, world class art museums, metro.

Everything was perfect.

Location near Atocha was super convenient. I took the Cercanías train from the airport and walked the short distance to the apartment. Omar was waiting for me with the key. The place is modern and incredibly well appointed and provisioned (Nespresso with decaf and regular pods, shampoo and body wash, towel heater, nice bedding). This will be my go-to for any visit to Madrid!

Omar met me at the property. He shared with me details about the neighborhood and public transportation tips. He shared his favorite restaurants, cafes, and bakery in the area. Super friendly and accommodating!

We ended a month in Spain in Madrid for two night. We needed a place that was convenient to the train station and to the Prado and Reina Sofía, as our plan was to arrive late at night, return our car at the train station, then spend the following day visiting the museums. The studio apt was perfect, super close to train station and museum, squeaky clean, comfortable, at practically across the street from one of the oldest and authentic tapas bars in Madrid. Omar was very helpful in helping us plan to see all the major sights we could in one afternoon walk.

Apt has a full size bed, a little tight for my husband and I.

Located within convenient walking distance of Atocha station and cultural amenities. Nearby shops, restaurants and bars! Omar was so obliging and helpful and went above the call of duty to iron out any issues we had! He made our stay really enjoyable!

Omar is an amazing host. Loved the welcoming introduction to the apartment and the area. A super clean and new apartment. We appreciated that Omar provided us with coffee and other basic cooking spices and oil. Have us great tips to markets and attractions

Everything was perfect

Very well kept super brand new studio. Just less than 2 min walk to Atocha. Comfortable bed & great hot shower. A very well-kept kitchen with full set of utensils. Highly recommend for solo travellers. The bed actually sleeps upto 2 adults.

This property was amazing - mainly due to an awesome host!! We had flexibility with our check in/out times, so long as you were able to discuss with the host - Omar - who was very welcoming. Facilities were very clean and well kept, this studio truly felt like home! Unfortunate that we only got to spend 3 nights there, we definitely would’ve loved to stay longer. Omar also gave us lovely recommendations for around Madrid and was so kind to us - 10/10 experience I would recommend this stay to anyone, the area felt very safe! We were also right around the corner from Atocha Station, few minute walk! This room had everything, that you didn’t even need to look any further, even had a lint roller to our surprise. Worth the $$$

No downsides to the property - maybe the only thing being you have to have reasonable times for showers otherwise the hot water runs out 😅

I could hear the neighbors talking like they were in the same room. Soundproofing would make the experience 10/10.
