Borgo Virginia - Sea View in Amalfi Coast

Everything was perfect, and Walter, the host, is the best! The view from the apartment is outstanding. It’s super spacious, well equipped with everything that you need. The kids LOVED every second of it. The breakfast had everything that we needed and more. The beds were comfortable and the two gardens were fabulous. Walter was super attentive and helpful, truly an exceptional host!

Der (sehr freundliche) Vermieter Walter hat sich mit uns an einem eindeutigen Treffpunkt verabredet und zur Wohnung geführt, eine kleine Ortsführung gemacht. Abschließbarer Parkkäfig, groß genug. Das Frühstück war in der Küche sehr dekorativ vorbereitet mit Milch, Butter, Marmelade, Joghurt, Kuchen, Saft....Die Wohnung war geräumig, luftig, modern renoviert , hatte Balkone, Privatgarten und einen grandiosen Ausblick über das Meer, Raito, bis nach Salerno. Man kann nicht alles haben, die gute Aussicht bedingt, dass man zum Strand mziemlich weit runter muss. Erreichbarkeit ist aber im Allgemeinen gut, eine knappe Stunde Autobahn bis zum Vesuv, eine gute halbe Stunde nach Pompeji.

Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohn/Esszimmer mit sehr bequemer Schlafcouch. Das zweite Doppelbett steht in einem Durchgangszimmer zum Bad. Für uns kein Problem, mit Freunden vielleicht.

Very spacious apartment, bright and clean. There is everything you need, the sea view is gorgeous and the little garden is very cosy. The property provides breakfast, meaning that varied food is available in the kitchen. My friend and I were welcomed with a little message/letter from the staff and a bottle of Prosecco. Walter was very welcoming and provided all the instructions we needed for a nice stay. He was kind and answered super quick when we texted. I was traveling with my friend but the place is perfect for couples, too. I’d definitely recommend and come back.

There was absolutely nothing my friend and I didn’t like. We wished we could stay longer. I’ll only make an addendum for future travellers so that they have the right expectations: 1) The access to the bathroom is through one of the bedrooms, which means that if one wants to use the toilet while others sleep in such bedroom, this person needs to pass by the bedroom where people are sleeping. It was zero problem for my friend and me. However, I reckon some people (especially couples) could be a little bothered by that so I think it’s worth mentioning. 2) Around 25 steps separate the street from the entry to the flat and around 200m to the private parking. Again, not a problem for us at all, but people with mobility issues might take this into account.

Walter was an amazing host and was so helpful and accommodating! The apartment was beautiful and had stunning views of the coast. It was furnished just like the photos and was a pleasure to stay in for two nights. The beds were very comfortable and the balconies were a great place to eat breakfast in the sunshine

The apartment offered breathtaking views over the sea and coast – perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening wine on the terrace. The space was immaculately clean, well-furnished, and beautifully decorated with touches of local charm. What made the experience truly special was Walter, the owner. His warm hospitality, helpful tips, and genuine care for his guests made us feel completely at home. From assisting with parking to recommending local restaurants and sights, he went above and beyond. If you're looking for a peaceful and scenic Amalfi Coast escape with a personal touch, Borgo Virginia is the perfect choice. We would return in a heartbeat!

Amazing views! They even organised (with my best friends help) cake, balloons, wine, flowers and card delivery for my 40th birthday. Such a nice surprise. Thank you for being lovely host and making our stay memorable.

CUDOWNY widok w ślicznym, cichym miejscu. Apartament jest bardzo przestronny i doskonale wyposażony. Poranne espresso na ogródku czy wieczorny kieliszek wina na balkonie smakowały wspaniale w takim miejscu. A gospodarz, Walter, to najmilsza osoba na świecie! Proaktywny, bardzo kontaktowy, pomógł nam się zameldować mimo późnej pory. Możecie liczyć na świetne przyjęcie i wspaniały czas w tym miejscu. Polecam z całego serca!!!
