"Things can't be used."

Terrible. I spent 1 hour waiting for someone to accept my arrival. The person from the lobby told me he couldn't let me in, and that I needed to contact "someone", but there was no explanation. My arrival time was supposed to be at 3pm. I delivered all my credentials the day before and when I arrived at 5 pm, I had to wait till 7 to enter the property. Because of that situation, I asked for a late checkout and they only gave me 30 minutes. When I booked the room, booking told me it had a "free parking outside". when I arrived, they told me there wasn't any parking spaces and I needed to figure it out. Very uncomfortable experience.

Inside the room, there were 2 night lamps that didn't work. the cable was there, they were connected, but they didn't turned on. I needed to connect some devices and the room had weird connections with 3 points, so I couldn't connect anything!! If you ha that issue, you must provide the adapters. I'm not gonna buy an adapter just for a 1 night stand.

Apartamento studio grande com todas as instalações para se sentir em casa, incluindo fogão e máquina de lavar roupa. Muito melhor do que ficar em hotel no mesmo valor. Ótima localização. Possui cafeteria, restaurante e mercado logo abaixo do prédio. Excelente vista.

A porta do box do banheiro é impedida de fechar por conta da borracha de vedação aplicada, molhando o banheiro inteiro. Também não há saboneteira nem na pia nem no box. Havia cabelo no box. Não há ventilador ou ar condicionado. A janela do vizinho é encostada na varanda, o que permite se ouvir tudo e o vizinho pode ver o apartamento inteiro se estiver na janela.

the location, cleanliness, and the room size were all great.

the check-in experience was terrible. It was stressful and involved slow, repeated requests for document verification, including asking for a photo of credit card without any prior explanation of why it was needed.
