Access to toilet - not easy to access because of the sink cupboard in front of it Also would remove feather pillows from the property to make it anti allergic And also apartment is on the 3rd floor without the lift

Fabulous apartment, in a great location. Easy walk to station, and easy walk around old town. Can't really fault the accomodation standard here. Up a few flights of wide stairs, host really helpful, apartment spotlessly clean. Large bed was comfortable. Good linen. Spacious lounge, seperate kitchen. 3 bedrooms, although we only needed one.

Location is ok.

This is not a hotel, it's more like an Airbnb and I think they should announce it as such. There's no front desk, someone meets you at the apartment and give you the key. Apartment is on a third floor and there's no elevator so you have to carry your luggage in a narrow staircase. The fridge had a problem and was leaking overnight. We stayed for one night only, but it would be annoying to have a broken fridge and wet floor for several days. The staff wasn't particularly nice and gave us confusing directions. In general, it wasn't a good experience.

The location is simply great. If you're visiting as a tourist and you wish to be at a walking distance to everything at the city center this place is perfect for you. The location is also secure. The flat is spacious and the beds and the sofa are all comfortable. The internet connection was stable and fast enough. Although the apartment doesn't have an elevator, stairs up the flat are not tiring. It has all the amenities mentioned on the listing. The staff in charge is very responsive and answer every question in a matter of minutes which is especially useful when renting a flat.

Although the bed sheet and hallways were cleaned before our check-in, it was very obvious that the place hadn't been deep cleaned for a very long time. Underneath every bed, table and sofa there were dustballs, which they started flying around whenever we opened the windows. It takes quite a bit of time for the flat to heat up (Mainly because the heater was set on low - but you're not allowed in that part of the flat to adjust). Lastly a horrible stench filled up the bathroom during the last two days of our stay, which basically rendered the bathroom unusable. Despite the staff managed to bring a technician over the same day we complained, he wasn't able to make it go away. Lastly, the place was lacking many basic consumables i.e. trash bags, dishwashing detergent, salt, extra toilet paper and so. We were told that this was a mistake by the house-keeping company (which is a different one than the renting company) and that these item should have been there. Bottomline is nice flat and great location but the place needs better taking care of.
