Property Notes

We pre-authorize a deposit of 150€ one day before arrival by credit card and it is released once the flat has been cleaned and checked. We do not accept groups under 21 years of age in this accommodations. The deposit for groups under 25 years old is 50€ per person. The collection of keys will be at our office located at Calle Virgen de las Nieves 35, Edificio Arttyfal (Sierra Nevada). The timetable for key collection is from 17:00 to 21:00 hours. After 21:00 hours we will leave the keys in a security box and we will send you directions to the accommodations. Check-out time on the last day is before 11 am.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Vistas inmejorables. Bastante cerca del telesilla que baja a los telecabinas. Buen tamaño para 8 personas. Limpieza.

En las fotos parece mas moderno. El parking no estaba en el mismo edificio. Ducha necesita reforma.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado,con supermercado al lado y escaleras de bajada hasta la plaza central muy cerca Tiene todo lo esencial para pasar unos dias
