Dolomiti 1 room apartment Center Wi-Fi AC

Perfect location - in the heart of Bolzano and in a pair of minutes to railway station, easy to find. Not large, but cosy apartment. Good pressure and temperature of water, heating was good in November. Dishwasher and washing machine. Bolzano card is very good idea for a holiday. Easy communication with the host. Chiara and Gianrico were very helpful and always available to answer. Thank you!

Not compliant, but some advices to make it better. Some more attention to cleaning: there were some dirty glasses and cups. Don't declare in the apartments description on Booking.com and inviting message options which refer to another apartment, such as microwave and coffee capsules. I didn't expect them, but this information can confuse the guests.

The position is incredibly good. The bathroom and the washing machine are very nice. Fully equipped kitchen, incl dishwasher!

1) you don´t call your property "with parking" if the parking is public and costs 26 euro a day 2) the windows open on an inner staircase, with people smoking and making noise from 6 am on a work day: you will not be able to sleep comfortably and change the air properly in this apartment 3) the table is the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I have ever seen. I kept banging my knee underneath it. Also, because the place is so small, wouldn´t it be better to put an old fashioned simple table that one can MOVE? 4) one set of keys only. Why? So that the guests have to spend ALL the time together because there´s no way one can enter without the other. Wow. 5) the price is unbelievably high for what the apartment offers. I mean, seriously?
