"Nightmare in Dover"

Close to Port.

Mould in bathroom and wall near bed. Whole apartment stunk of mould and rising damp. Could hardly breathe, burning eyes and asthma. Bathroom was unusable due to the stench of mould. The bed was disgusting, full of bedbugs, springs coming through mattress. Owner was nowhere to be found. Door to room didn't close properly. No internet only a couple of power points/lights working. No TV No breakfast as stated in add. Outdated food in fridge. Other tenants in building coming and going all night, slamming doors stomping around upstairs above our room. Sat up all night with masks on wondering where to go, left early morning at sunrise as we had no internet and being so late couldnt find anywhere else to go. Couldn't get out of their fast enough. Over priced for what was supplied. Booking.com need to do something about this property. We feel that we have been victimised and robbed of not only the excessive cost for such a foul and disgusting room, but also our health as we are 62 and 69 years old and both have issues which this has severely aggravated and request a refund of our money paid. If this matter is not resolved, we will be reluctant to use booking.com again in the future.

"Bad"

Absolutely disgusting the worst place I have ever seen we had to leave after 10 mins and get another hotel down the road, stains on bed sheets holes in ceiling toilet falling off wall door handles falling off cocaine bags on the floor shower Absolutely atrocious, dirty floors and sink, different room than on the pictures the list is endless

"Whatever you do don’t book this place!"

Do not book here!! The room is a safety hazard. The bedding was so dirty we had to wrap our clothes around pillows etc to sleep on. The door didn’t lock properly, the house is full of people shouting and banging all night, there is no included free breakfast as stated upon booking, the fridge was full of mould and mouldy food. Search the address on Google and you’ll find reviews under a different name.
