USThe staff is always exceptionally friendly and helpful. The facilities/rooms are spotless. The complementary breakfast is standard hotel fare, but good.
Mattresses are awful. I have stayed a number of times and just can't sleep due to the mattresses making my back and hips hurt.
Everything was good. The only issue was our ac wasn’t working properly the first two nights so they switched us into a different room. They do like to take care of their people.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with some variety. Had a restful stay while working a few days.

USHotels.com sold me this room but when I got to the hotel they said they were overbooked and had no rooms. Hotels.com called the hotel to find out what happened. The night auditor [name redacted due to hotels.com policy] lied to hotels.com claiming I had 3 large dogs and that they did have rooms available. Now they're refusing a refund. I don't have 3 large dogs. I don't even have 3 dogs. The night auditor made this up, I guess as an excuse to not get in trouble for double-booking rooms. Hotels.com is saying it's at the hotel's discretion to give a refund because it was a nonrefundable room. Don't book a room on hotels.com because when you get there, they might have no room available and will make you pay for it anyway.
