Piso Madrid Centro 5 min andando Gran Vía

El depto está ubicado cerca de todo. Es hermoso, muy estético y no le falta nada. Tiene todo lo que se necesita y un poco más: lavasecadora, tostadora, cafetera, freezer, microondas, secador de cabello, etc. Tatiana se preocupó para que nuestra estadía sea perfecta. Gracias reina !!!

Las luces exteriores no funcionan permanentemente; lo que dificulta pasar por un patio interno oscuro y también subir las escaleras . Estoy casi segura de que eso no depende del anfitrión sino del consorcio; es por eso que no bajé la calificación ya que el depto es EXCEPCIONAL.

Tout était parfait, l'appartement très bien équipé, très propre, climatisé, à 3 mn de la station de Métro CHUECA, à quelques minutes à pied du Centre. Restaurants au bout de la rue. Le linge de lit et de toilette était fourni, ainsi que le shampoing et le gel douche. A noter qu'il s'agit du quartier gay-friendly de Madrid

Tout était parfait. A savoir pour les personnes à mobilité réduite : il y a 3 étages à monter pour accéder à l'appartement et pas d'ascenseur.

Excelente opcion en Madrid. La ubicacion, la comodidad, esta lleno de detalles que lo hacen acogedor.Super limpio. La anfitriona excelente.

Todo esta bien

Nice compact apartment, clean, tidy. Walking distance to many attractions, shops, bars, cafes. Lovely, responsive host.

It's mostly quiet, but you could hear neighbours talking through the walls. Also, it's important to know that the apartment is on the fourth floor, and there is no elevator.

Super location,. In the middle of it all in Madrid . We were allowed into the appartment a lot earlier than the check -in time. The ladies let us in, though they were still getting the place ready. The communication with the host was excellent. Immediate reaction to our questions. Kitchen equipped in all you need for short stays. Washing up liquid, washing machine detergent, soaps, shower lotion, and many more provided. We got plenty of towels, some teas and a few coffee pots. There also were salt, sugar, cooking oil … The bed was super comfortable for me . And my friend who slept on the sofa bed was also happy.

Nothing really I didn’t like. I would recommend this place with no hesitation. Just a few points -as they may be valid for some people - it’s a third floor and no lift, - the appartment is very compact and no views from the windows, a the shower needs a bit DIY -it’s tricky to keep the shower head in a proper position.

We had an amazing stay in Madrid! The apartment was very cozy, perfect for 2 people (especially if you plan to have your meals at home) ; very clean and convenient with all the amenities you need. The location was perfect; the metro was nearby and had all kinds of restaurants and stores in the neighborhood. As female travelers, we felt very safe at night. The host was really kind and friendly, and took the time to explain everything to us and making sure we were comfortable. If we get the chance to comeback, we'll definitely stay here again :)
