ESMuy limpio y muy bien ubicado
Lo malo es que si lo coges para 1 día no compensa por qué te entregan las llaves solo hasta las 5 de la tarde y encima al otro día no te dan tiempo ni de descansar por qué debes salir 10 en punto y dejar todo limpio y recogido así que debes levantarte mucho más pronto para dejar recogido y salir 10 en punto de la mañana
ESAmplio piso con garaje, bien situado en zona residencial. Cerca de todo, playa norte, playa sur, castillo, zona de ocio, etc. todo sin coger el coche. A la hora de descansar no se sufre el bullicio ni el ruido del centro.

SEMuy buena la ubicación y el tamaño del apartamento y con todas las comodidades necesarias.
Que tuvimos problemas con la luz que se iba y venía hasta que un día se fue y tuvimos que llamar y pedir ayuda. La ayuda fue buena pero lamentablemente se alcanzó a descongelar todo lo que teníamos el el congelador.

Its a scam. I don't understand why is this on booking! Booking is such an easy app with clear conditions. In this accommodation they have changed everything to make it difficult! You pay 150 euro in advance and after they present you like 20 conditions (very absurd) how to get your money back. (You have to be exactly at 10 am at the reception with the key, you have to change your beds, etc. = its like 90') We have booked apt with terrace and we had a balcony of 20 cms. You have to pay for towels, for a dog 15 euros a day, and there is nothing in the apartment, very old furniture... The apartment is nice, I don't understand how they could destroy it with bad service...
ESI need to collect from reception which was unclear they finally gave me the location to drive to lockbox at 6pm after lots of calls and whatsapps

EELocation was ok - near to beach. Check in was possible in distance. Easy access to keys.
It was extremely difficult to find office and appartment. After online check in - there were no contact or any help how to find parking place or appartment. The office closed at 20. Very difficult to find solution how to check in after 20. We offered many ways to do it, but on the 20 minutes discussion by phone - no solutions. Finally there was the easiest solution: check in by online and deposit transfer by bank. Deposit (150.-) was not mentioned in booking earlier. There were no towels and no soap in any of the bathrooms. we stayed between 22:00 and 07:00 - there was nowhere to buy washing products. a million ants lived in the kitchen. The kettle was moldy. it was not possible to use the air conditioner in the apartment because there was no remote control. there were no blankets on the beds.
