Cozy Cottage only 4 Blocks from the Ocean

It was perfect- a 5 star stay. The cottage was a standalone, quiet, comfortable amazing place to spend five nights. Great floor plan- bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. I like to keep my household dark and there were blinds and curtains- if you like it light, open those up! WiFi was flawless and uninterrupted- and easy to use YouTubeTV all set up. Oh, and there were outlets with USB and USB-C inputs as well as regular plugs—-EVERYWHERE. Very thoughtful. Very smart. Host is a prompt communicator and his laminated coffee table house guide was very comprehensive and included his recommendations for dining and nightlife- and they were exactly in line with those of my local friends. Location- walk to the local hotspots. Parking- convenient and hassle free. AC- cranked it and the place was so cool and comfortable- also a bedroom ceiling fan which I love. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Hmmm. I do prefer a Keurig over a traditional Mr Coffee but I travel with my own instant Cafe Bustelo espresso so not that big of a deal. I also would swap out the bathroom art for more bathroom shelving. Again, not that big of a deal- I optimized the available space for my (overly) extensive array of toiletries…

It’s off the beaten path. So it’s quite but yet everything you need is in walking distance. The fenced in yard made a safe place for my 3 year old daughter. She spent hrs catching lizards.

Everything about this cozy property was great. Had everything fully stocked, linens towels, toiletries (even shampoo,conditioner, body wash) It really was such a nice place for a stay within walking distance of the beach and multiple restaurants/ nightlife fun! We will definitely be trying to stay again in the future.

If there was anything, I would say maybe provide a laundry basket type thing for people staying a longer period of time. Which was not an issue for us because we were only there for one night.
