Yavuz’s apartment is wonderful. He and his team are so responsive and helpful. The space is super clean with all the amenities you need for a great stay. It’s view of the park and the sea is beautiful. And it’s walkable to old town within minutes. Highly recommend!

The host is great person and we had one of our best booking experiences at his apartment! The place was super cozy, well-heated and perfectly clean and is easy to reach from the central bus station (and therefore perfect for day trips), but also close to the historic city centre. Got lots of help and recommendations from the host : )

Stylish, yet cosy flat where we immediately felt at home. Central but quiet location. After a few steps you are at the Meeting of the historical and modern architectures of Tbilisi. Very well equipped. Comfortable beds. Very helpful hosts. Very good recommendations, Many thanks for everything!

Magnificent house! Located on the upper floor of the new, very good building, it has spacious very clean and stylish rooms! The host is always kind and available to give any kind of clarification and explanation, a wonderful person! In the house there were sets of towels, sheets and spare blankets, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, vacuum cleaner and what I loved the most Fully equipped kitchen. Located in the Rustaveli Avenue area which is the city center itself, very convenient and full of bars, clubs and restaurants. despite the liveliness under the houses the interiors were perfectly isolated and soundproofed. Thank you, a really perfect house!
