For hygiene reason, they should provided guests with shower gel, shampoos and hand washing liquids, but they said for hygiene reason so not provided these basic things. Only 1 tea bags but no coffee at all. They told us where to buy the shower gel and shampoos they should provided in the first, got a gut feeling the shop must be owned by them or their family. Another bad things, heater not warm enough in the mid winter, the room quite cold. For over 40 years travelled around the world, this is the first time we have came across. Very bad. So would not recommended this appartment

Everything was perfect Felt like a home

The location was excellent - easy to find and communication with owner excellent.

No air conditioning. It was SO hot when we visited that it was actually uncomfortable inside even with the fans on.

Lovely spacious apartment with a real italian vibe. The kind of flat you can live in, not only stay for a while: there is a fully equipped kitchen, nice living room with dining table, two separate bedrooms with huge, comfortable beds, wardrobes, cupboards, cozy lights etc. The private patio with a line for drying washed clothes on was very useful during hot days. Bedroom windows are equipped with mosquito nets - also a huge advantage of the place. Good contact with the host and a very comfortable way of check-in and check-out. Perfect location.

The tiles under the shower definitely need a good cleaning - there is a lot of mold there. The street on the bedrooms' side of flat was quite loud during the nights (but for me it's not a huge problem, I can sleep in almost any conditions and I had a really good sleep there :) )

The terasse is smaller that on the puctures, and warm in the evening

A spacious, clean and comfortable apartment located in a superb, central location in Pisa. We used the kitchen regularly which is well supplied with cooking utensils and food storage facilities and loved the traditional kitchen sink! The 2 bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable with excellent lighting and storage. Thank you for the welcome pack too. We totally enjoyed our stay!

The towels could be thicker.
