La très mauvaise insonorisation
ESNo ens ha agradat gens el soroll dels veïns ni del carrer; l’aïllament és inexistent. Ens despertem constantment quan passen les escombraries a les 00:40, o quan arriben els veïns russos de festa a les 05:45 — és com si fossin dins de casa. Tampoc és agradable sentir les converses o la televisió dels veïns. Tampoc ens ha agradat que hi hagi una habitació il·legal sense finestra a la planta baixa.

ESESESCuando llegamos estaba todo el baño en obras, les llamé y lo primero que me dijeron es que cancele y busque otro el mismo día...
AREl depratamento está muy bien puesto. La zona es muy tranquila y tiene cerca subte y colectivo.
