"Lovely home away from it all"

If you like peace and quiet away from it all then this is the place for you. It was quite a drive to reach the house but well worth it. Lots of room, comfy beds and all you need for a countryside stay. Sadly we didn't get to use the outside bath due to a storm and a powercut but our host kept in touch with us to keep us updated, so all was good. Thank you for a great stay

Relaxing idyllic cottage. What a beautiful cottage you have created, so tasteful and well equipped for a lovely quiet break away.It is one of the best places we have stayed, since we moved to NZ (24 years ago). Thank you for your hospitality Johnny on our 2nd visit to your cottage !

Fantastic communication, The property was stunning and the perfect location for a relax and reset. We couldn't fault anything and came away feeling refreshed. The outdoor bath was a hit and we loved the rural setting. It also felt very personal with a book telling us about it's creation - lovely touch. We spent more time outside than in, as the weather was nice. Great deck and neat to just relax and see the cattle moving around

"Surreal and magical!"

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The cottage was complete with everything we needed — clean, fresh-smelling, and very comfortable. My favorite part was the cozy bed and the soft pillows — we were able to rest so well and had such a good sleep. Our daughter loved the toys and didn’t even want to go home! The morning view outside the cottage was absolutely perfect — the air was so fresh, and we really enjoyed the outdoor bathtub, especially our little one. My husband had so much fun feeding the horses 😂 and my favorite moment was at night, seeing all the stars. It felt so surreal and magical. The host was incredibly kind and provided everything we needed. If I could give 1 million stars, I definitely would! This stay made my birthday so special, and we’ll surely come back again — next time with my mom and siblings! 😍😍😍😍
