Spacious and comfortable apartment. The location is excellent, with many places within walking distance.

I requested 2 extra small towels a few days before our stay. They noted my request, but unfortunately, they were not provided. Additionally, it took us quite a while to figure out how to turn on the hot water. I called the front desk twice, but the instructions I received were incorrect, and the staff didn't seem very willing to assist. Eventually, we managed to figure it out on our own.

Everything. It was clean, modern and spacious.

No hot water first few days as main switch wasn’t turned on. That was fixed quickly by the helpful staff. It would have been quicker if I didn’t delay in contacting them about it.

Check in and out were easy as all is automated. Make sure to pull towards yourself every time you try to unlock, otherwise the key won't twist all the way through and the door will not unlock! The apartment is modern and comfortable - wifi, TV, fridge, coffee machine, washing machine, oven - all were great. Comfortable sofa, bed, chairs. Fantastic bathroom. I stayed for a full week and it suited me perfectly. The location is central and close to everything you might need. Support was also great - we had a small issue with a door and a handyman showed within minutes to resolve it.

It's on a super busy street so forget about using the balcony. Glad the windows are well insulated. For a week's stay, would have been nice for a cleaner to come. It was on the expensive side but we did receive high quality accommodation!

Natural light both in the bedroom and living room, excellent AC in all rooms, good space, windows shut down street noise. The room is close to the sea front , cafes and restaurants and ever a nearby supermarket.

The room is over a 6 lane road, with permanent vehicles noise. If you open the windows, the noise is high . when windows are closed , its just fine.
