Did not look like pictures. Unfortunately not clean, hairs in the rooms. Missing window on balcony which meant it was extremely extremely loud from the bars/pubs along the strip. Sofa could do with a clean and also the fans. Headboard hanging on by a screw and dirty lampshades and headboard. The picture on the booking were evidently when the property was brand new and it no longer looks this way. Shower did not drain and was not powerful which was a shame for 4 ladies trying to shower. Did not dare go into the pool as it was very rusty.

Skats pa logiem bija ļoti labs, ērtas gultas un spilveni.

Dzīvoklim skaņas izolācija ļoti slikta. Dēļ tuvumā atrodošajiem naktsklubiem nav iespējams sarunāties un kur nu vēl gulēt. Grīdas ļoti netīras - staigājot ar baltām zeķēm, tās ātri palika netīras. Trauki un virtuves piederumi nav pietiekošā daudzumā. Pietiek tikai 4 cilvēkiem. Ūdens spiediens bija ļoti slikts. Un duša nav piemērota gariem cilvēkiem. Mans augums ir 1.87m un vajadzēja ietupties ceļos, lai varētu kaut nedaudz nomazgāties. Ēkā viss ir novecojis. Teritorijā ir 2 baseini - viens ir palicis zaļš (tajā gan nelaiž iekšā), bet otrs ir kritiskā stāvoklī.

The apartment was ok in general and had a lot of space, the two balconies were great and the view was amazing, especially when the sun was setting. The location was good in walking distance from both Las Americas beach and Adeje.

The apartment would need a makeover as the drawers are about to fall apart in the bathroom and in the bedrooms and it was hard to open and it looked like it had mold in the bottom drawer. The water was running very slow in tha bathroom so it was hard to clean hair in the shower for 3 girls! The apartment could have been cleaner and the towels that we got were not clean so I had to buy new ones. The elevators were about to give up and hard not to use because the apartment was on the 10th floor. Although I said the location was good it was so close to all the clubs so there was not a lot of rest and a lot of noise until 6 in the morning. We could recommend this for party people that stay up until 5 or 6 but not family people. I was staying in the apartment with my elderly parents, kids and husband and we had to move to a hotel with the kids after the first night. I saw bugs (silver tail) on the floor so I hope I did not take any home with us.
