Washing machine and freezer Good WiFi Great views Fantastic pool. Location. Beach shops restaurants clubs all within a short walk. Little extras like coffee sugar shower gel all make the stay so much better. Beds and sofa you actually can sleep on are a must 🤣 If you are a couple a group of three maybe even a family of three with teenagers this is a must. Don't be put off by other's reviews I'd come back in a heartbeat

Cleaning and some surfaces are looking old and need to be looked at but it's a lived-in apartment and I've stayed in worse. Noise if you want a holiday where you go to bed early except Noise it close to the bars so maybe stay further away.

The location seemed good due to being close to the amenities.

I really don’t know where to start the kitchen area was infested with insects. Work tops were cracked and delaminated.The couch was in a disgusting state had no material on the couch and was just covered with a blanket to disguise its shabbiness. The bedroom had single duvets but no bed linen. And finally the bathroom was in need of a refurbishment. I sent text messages to the manager asking for a refund he replied to say that he was going to get in touch after three or four messages. I heard nothing he then ignored further messages from me .

There is nothing positive I can say about this apartment, this apartment is awful, dirty, furnitures almost useless, kitchen disgusting, bug all over This apartment is not at all as it look on booking and I don't understand how this is possible to show different apartment. It took 1,5 hours to find a way to get into the apartment and the owner gave wrong info, lobby did not know anything about the key. Look at the pictures and you see difference from booking pictures. 3 weeks became 3 days and only thing we get out of this was to spend money to get away. I don't think people going to Tene dream about place like this. This apartament should not be on booking and the owner should pay back full amount + cost we payed to get out

The location is top! Easy to reach by bus from the airport and 5-10 min walk to the beach. Also there are supermarkets and restaurants next to the building. The view is really nice. Washing machine and drying rack is a big plus for the swimming suits and towels. Check in instructions are very detailed and helpful.

The communication was poor. I didn't receive any check in information until I write a message to the owners on the arrival date. I found the apartment somewhat dirty. I felt it wasn't properly cleaned before I arrived. There were used toilet papers left on the toilet flush :/ also there were some cockroaches (see pictures) The bed sheets didn't feel clean, either. The table and chairs on the balcony were all dusty and the cleaning tools were just thrown in the balcony. The neigborhood is very loud until late hours as there are some clubs and pubs nearby. You can hear all the noise. Also, since the apartment is on the 12th floor, when it is windy (which is common) the sound of the wind in the apartment is so crazy! Facilities are kind of older than they seem in the pictures. For example the couch is all torn and is covered by a throw. No instructions for internet was given. I was able to find the password myself. But the internet connection was very poor and disconnecting all the time so I ended up using up my own data. TV is not smart so don't expect netflix or something.

The hotel view was great, apartment was big enoughfor me, kitchen equipment for self service was fine.
