Everything was clean and comfortable, had every we needed.

Nothing it was absolutely perfect.

It was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything guests need for a stay away from home. The owner has left lots of essentials in the kitchen, to begin with, like teabags, coffee, and coffee maker, milk, and variety of clean cooking and dining utensils. Tesco express is just a few minutes walk away, and there are supermarkets within few minutes driving distance. The owner responded very well, with our request, straight after booking, before check in.

Generally, the property is good, except that the wifi and its security was very weak. The sink in the bathroom is small and, we found that a little difficult to use, without splashing water on the floor. There was no mirror in the bathroom, so, shaving was difficult for my son. Also, when we tried to extend our stay, the owner was not welcoming because, he told us that he has sold the property and, a survey was going to take place in the morning of the day after our check out. We thought, normally the survey comes first, not after selling. We also tried to negotiate a late check out, with a fee charge, considering that the check out was early for us, 10am, and we had a lot to clear up after staying there for three weeks, again we were not offered that. He only offered for us to leave our stuff in the hallway, and come back later to collect, which we found not appealing because, we had a six hour gap between our next check in, so, would mean that we would be stranded around Manchester for that duration.

Lovely compact house which catered well for our needs, in a fairly quiet area whilst being close to amenities.

Mirror in the bathroom would have been a bonus.

From the start to the very end Mark was absolutely brilliant! Super friendly and attentive - couldn’t have asked for more x x x In general a very good experience - 5 stars + Mark thought of completely everything, 10 out of 10 two bedroom house in a peaceful and easy to find area, basically a show house. We planned our weekend in Manchester- Heaton Park, 9 minute drive from the actual house! Super easy access! House felt safe and comfortable, especially the sleep, I felt like I slept in hotel rather than air b&b, mattresses were an actual hotel type, therefore the best! TV in each bedroom and lounge, if you like Netflix etc host has thought of you as well! Literally I went to Manchester as a guest but instead I felt like home, had only one bag of clothes with me as I did not need anything else, host prepared items such as washing tablets for clothes, coffee, tea, wine, beer! EVERYTHING HAHA Amazing value for the money 👍🏼 Hopefully it aint fully booked for next year as I am planning to go back there for sure 10000% Thanks for the best experience “Premier inn comfort mattresses” 🙏🏼

Everything was perfect

Nothing to not like about this place. Absolutely perfect for us. Clean, tidy all modern fittings. Everything works perfectly ,great shower. Plenty of towels. Bottle of wine and a couple of beers on arrival. The beds were very comfortable we felt a bit spoilt to be honest.
